Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

A rich, velvety, and timeless Italian dish that promises to delight your taste buds – this recipe combines tender chicken breasts, fettuccine pasta, and a luxuriously smooth Alfredo sauce for a comforting meal that is perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients:

– 2 thinly sliced boneless and skinless chicken breasts

– Seasoning (such as garlic powder)

– Fettuccine pasta (about 12 ounces)

– 1/2 cup butter

– 1 cup grated parmesan cheese

– 1 cup heavy cream

– Salt and pepper to taste


Directions:

Step 1: Start by brushing the raw chicken with garlic powder and any other desired seasonings.

Step 2: Sauté chicken over a medium heat for about five to seven minutes on each side.

Step 3: While cooking the chicken begin boiling the fettuccine according to the package instructions.

Step 4: Now melt butter over a medium-low heat and cook for one minute, now stir in the heavy cream and stir continuously until the butter is melted and mixture is smooth. Gradually sprinkle the Parmesan cheese and stir until the cheese is melted and the sauce is thickened, this should take about two to three minutes.

Step 5: Combine the cooked pasta with creamy Alfredo sauce, now top with the cooked chicken.

Step 6: Serve warm and enjoy!
