Nachos

Beginner skill level, takes about 15-20 minutes to make.

A mountain of crispy tortilla chips, perfectly seasoned and piled high with a symphony of mouthwatering toppings. Generous layers of melted cheese blanket the chips, ensuring each bite is gooey and indulgent. Then, it’s time to load up on the toppings!

Ingredients:

– Tortilla chips

– 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese (4 ounces)

– 1/4 cup canned chopped mild green chilies (Optional)

– 1/4 cup of salsa


Directions:

Step 1: Heat oven to 400 degrees, line baking sheet with aluminum foil if desired.

Step 2: Place tortilla chips on baking sheet, sprinkle cheese and green chilies as wanted.

Step 3: Bake about four minutes or until cheese is melted, top with salsa.

Step 4: Serve hot and enjoy!
