Chicken Enchiladas

Intermediate skill level, takes about 40 minutes to make.

Picture succulent shredded chicken, seasoned to perfection with a tantalizing blend of spices, nestled inside soft flour tortillas.

Ingredients:

– 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bite-size pieces

– 8 to 10 ounces of grated cheddar cheese

– 1/2 cup of picante sauce or salsa

– 2 cans cream of chicken soup

– 1 1/2 cups of sour cream

– 1 tablespoon of milk

– Flour tortillas


Directions:

Step 1: Place a row of diced chicken and cheese down in the middle of each tortilla.

Step 2: Fold tortillas in half and roll.

Step 3: Place tortillas in a 9 by 13″ pan.

Step 4: Combine soup, sour cream, milk, and picante sauce – stir until blended.

Step 5: Pour sauce over tortillas.

Step 6: Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
